Breezingly Cool

Yup, here I go making up words again, but I’m not sure how else to describe this absolutely, beautiful day. The first ‘official’ cold front moved through today and the sky is bluer than blue and the temperature is about 79º. I can’t even begin to describe the deliciousness of the cool breeze coming through my garage studio.

Welcome to autumn, Florida. Finally!!

On that note, we’re fast approaching the season of giving. Well, I prefer to call it the season of gratitude. I like to create and give to those whom I truly am grateful to have in our lives. Typically, that means food. Today, it will be words.

My little artventure is nearing its one-year mark. Let me share a few words that help describe what the past year has felt like:

frustrating, amazing, explosions, flops, glaze drips in the wrong place, full-of-heart, pinholes, sales, no sales, creative, growth, taxes, small business, thankful, girl boss, entrepreneur, hopeless, blessed, grateful, scrapper, kiln auto shutoff (dammit!), smack my head, discoveries

And I could keep going… but as you can see, there are so many possible descriptions, depending on the day. I highlighted the important ones, though. That’s the focus. Those are the main ideas of this little discourse.

Amazing. Full-of-heart. Creative. Growth. Thankful. Blessed. Grateful. Discoveries.

I am forever thankful and full of gratitude for those who have supported this artventure of mine. Without all of you, well, life wouldn’t be nearly as sweet.

On a side note.. we have a few new ideas coming to fruition in the next few weeks. Stay tuned.. and don’t forget, if you’ve got a mug… USE IT !!!

Many blessings and bounty to all of you this upcoming season.
